Recent event have caused me to wonder where I stand.
I'm not a nerd, or a geek in the traditional sense. I don't play games, I don't watch TV, I don't read comics. I just like drawing them. Most of my friends and acquaintances are from the nerd culture, but I have very little in common with them. My one foray into being a nerd is Transformers, and much as I like the people I've through that fandom, I don't really feel like I belong. I like loud music, going out and having a drink, getting a little bit wasted, taking in a show.
